Jerry Hendin has 40 years’ experience in working with companies around the world to help them build and protect their reputations. As vice president of communications for Boeing's Commercial Airplane Company, Jerry wrote the first industry-wide manual on how to communicate during a crisis and has trained more than 40 airlines and other companies around the world in crisis communications.
Later, as President and CEO of Edelman Public Relations, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, Jerry worked with senior executives in Asia to help them define their company's vision and lay out a communications plan to ensure their future success.
Jerry is based in Seattle, Washington and travels frequently to ensure that clients wherever they are prepared to mitigate the issues of a company in crisis. He is also a Senior Associate of the global crisis and emergency management service, GoCrisis.
