BHK provides media and public speaking skills training for everyday and extraordinarily distressing circumstances.

While our general courses focus on presentation and public speaking skills, our crisis communications modules draw on our years of experience in handling a variety of major crises, including catastrophic mass fatality events which have attracted intense global attention.

Our training courses are designed to help public-facing leaders and managers acquire and hone the necessary verbal and non-verbal skills they will need to employ in deeply distressing circumstances in order to:

·        deliver credible, persuasive and effective responses,

·        that demonstrate their organisation’s response to a crisis,

·       while facing diverse and often unfamiliar audiences
